Customer Accounts for Easy Signs

Our team built a customer accounts feature for Easy Signs, a printing company that prides itself in delivering high-quality prints with turnaround time as fast as 24 hours.

Previously, people would have to contact our team via chat, email, or call to inquire about how their order is going. It was also tedious for customers to keep entering their information every time they need to place an order. 

Now with the customer accounts launched, people can track their order – right from submission, to production and shipping. They can also save multiple addresses – this is especially useful for resellers who place the orders with us, then have them delivered to their clients. For organizations and companies, they can also create a business account and add members who can then place orders under the said account.

[Update] Customers can now also save quotes (ie. if they're not yet ready to place an order) and save the designs they made in the design tool. These are useful should customers need to order the same design or just need to make minor changes for their next order.

I did all-around design work for this project (wireframing, prototype) to UI development.
